Italian Fare Gets a Modern Twist at Tanzy Restaurant

One reason why Boca Raton’s Tanzy Restaurant has become so popular in recent years is that it offers a menu of lighter, fresher, more modern versions of classic Italian dishes. For example, the dinner menu includes a variety of entree-sized salads, ranging from tomato-filled Caprese to Caeser made from shredded Tuscan kale (topped with grilled chicken or shrimp). And while you’ll certainly find plenty of pasta dishes on the menu, the portions are reasonable and the sauces here tend to be veggie-forward (try the sweet corn brown butter, or the Calabrian chile pesto).

Tanzy Restaurant has recently expanded its outdoor seating to accommodate as many diners as safely possible, and a few tables are also available indoors. Keep in mind, however, that Tanzy’s is popular and reaches its capacity quickly, so it’s generally a good idea to make your reservation ahead of time.
