WLRN’s Eco Fest 2022 Kicks Off April 9
Celebrate Earth Month in the most exciting way at WLRN’s Eco Fest 2022!
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, WLRN Public Radio and Television, a south Florida media company, will host WLRN’s Eco Fest 2022 at Mizner Park Amphitheater (590 Plaza Real). The free event will be full of family fun, prizes, and food trucks, all with the mission to educate the public about how the South Florida community can help with conservation.
At the event, you’ll interact with environmental nonprofits, enjoy products and food from eco-related vendors and eco-friendly food trucks, enjoy a free amphitheater film screening of WLRN’s original documentary “Troubled Waters: A Turtle’s Tale,” and much more. Bring the whole family along for children’s events and activities, like the kid’s zone, animal encounters with Wildlife Rescue of Dade County, and Puppy Hour with Palm Beach County Animal Care & Control. Whether you enjoy yoga or are interested in winning a raffle, WLRN’s Eco Fest 2022 is the perfect place for fun family environmental activities!
